As we all know that it is one of the burning issue. An increase in the level of carbon dioxide cause global warming. This will have serious impact on the life on earth. Increase in overall temperature of the earth is termed as global warming. Due to greenhouse effect there is gradual increase in the temperature of the earth. As a result an extra amount of carbon dioxide is entering the atmosphere every day. Carbon dioxide allows the sun rays to reach the earth's out by the ground from escaping. This results in warming of the earth's surface. This may melt the polar ice caps and may cause sea level to rise leading to flood in coastal areas.
