Globalization has influenced people by keeping multilateralism over nationalism. Free movement of goods, people and services has completely changed our lives.

But according to me a new trend of de- globalization is intensifying in which patriotism or as said protectionism has taken place. Countries are now placing nation's interest before as we can witness in ongoing U.S-China trade war where tariffs are imposed on imported goods to protect country made goods. Other example can be of Brexit from EU which will cost $80bn yearly to companies on both sides without a trade deal.

In this era patriotism is very much significant and we might see more such examples to cover the loss which globalization has incurred on the economies
