Try this if u can: Give ur phone to the person u trust the most and tell them to lock it and to not tell the password to u or anyone else for a few hours (or days- it depends upon how much self control u have).
Stay out of social media like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Whatsapp. Either delete the app or disable the account.
Delete all the games from ur phone if there are any.
Use a basic mobile(the one which isn't a smartphone, in our local slang - dabba phone lol) for a few days.
