Hey Mate :-)

Here is the Essay.

Travelling is said to be one of the best and most effective remedies in case someone is having a hard time or life is just not going their way. It is a great stress reliever and it refreshes or boosts ones metabolism. Everyone needs a change of pace, a different scenery sometimes in their life. Sometimes life does not work out the way one wants it to. And it is crucial for that person to take some time out and either travel to another place or just go out on a long drive.

Travelling can affect one’s life as it is when one travels to different places, and ends up meeting different people, and every single one of them owning a new personality, a separate identity and at times varying in cultural traditions. One can learn a lot from them. Listening to the view point of others is a good activity. It takes man out of his daily dilemma and gives him a breather. He ends up finding comfort in talking to strangers. The friendships made during this time turn into wonderful memories. They part before they could even figure out the others dark side.

Travelling helps one perceive the world in different ways. It gives him time and space and also releases him from the pressure of his work life. The scenery changing before his eyes makes him fall into deep thought. He starts to analyze his situation more critically. It makes him realize that there is much more to life then the troubles he had been tackling with all that time. Spending some peace and quiet time with nature by your side. The world becomes still. The cool breeze that blows past you seems to encourage the person to stand tall. The world in harmony. No more car horns. No more paper work. No more noises. Just relaxing and not thinking about tomorrows worries eases his mind. He becomes one with nature. Calm and composed.

As Jonah Lehret says:

“We travel because distance and difference are the secret tonic of creativity. When we get home, home is still the same. But something inside our minds has changed, and that changes everything”.

Travelling’s effect on Man:

It changes him. He becomes more aware and starts taking a more optimistic approach in life. When they come back people are amazed to see the changes in the traveler. His mindset and personality become clear and he becomes confident in his abilities and takes a responsible approach in life. He starts giving positive energy to his colleagues and the people around him.

Conclusion:

In the end one should always take some time out of his busy schedule and travel to different places. It has a positive effect on his ever so stressed out brain. It soothes his mind as well as his soul. His goals become clearer. He starts to accept things as they are and instead of complaining he starts to face his troubles head on. When he is relaxed the world becomes a peaceful place. The different people he meets on the way teach him a variety of things. He becomes wiser.

Azar Nafisi talks about the effect of travelling on a person as:

“You get a strange feeling when you are about to leave a place. Like you will not only miss the people you love but you will miss the person you are now at this time and this place, because you will never be this way ever again”.

Hope it helps Buddy.
