Labour is the key to succeed in life. It is a basic thing required to be successful in life. We cannot imagine success or achievement in life without labour. We dream, desire, but it is the labour which turns our dreams into reality.
The journey of human civilization highlights the importance of labour. It is his labour which brought him out of Stone Age to computer age. It is the story of the success of labour. Often we find the work hard and unpleasant, but we have to do it. We have no way except hard labour to realise our dream. Even animals have to toil to get food. Labour is indispensable to life. Success in life without labour is almost impossible.
The fruit of labour is very sweet. It gives satisfaction. It brings inner pleasure. It develops self-confidence. Self-confidence constitutes an important part of success in life. Labour brings fame and wealth also. It brings prosperity. It turns a life of rags to that of riches. The successful story of great corporate giants like L.N. Mittal, Dhirubhai Ambani, etc. is woven with the thread of labour. Great personalities like Mahatma Gandhi, Rabindranath Tagore, Subhash Chandra Bose, and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru earned name and fame only because they laboured hard. They never shirked work. They abandoned their rest and comfort for the society, and made their names immortal in the history.
