In a constantly changing environment, having life skills is an essential part of being able to meet the challenges of everyday life. The dramatic changes in global economies over the past five years have been matched with the transformation in technology and these are all impacting on education, the workplace and our home life. To cope with the increasing pace and change of modern life, students need new life skills such as the ability to deal with stress and frustration. Today’s students will have many new jobs over the course of their lives, with associated pressures and the need for flexibility.

While this is a major concern for the country as a whole country.
Our skill development schemes helps us a lot but especially helps us to farmer , fishiers and other related person with educational system.
in our country many peoples have illetrate So Skill developments helps to increase the percentage of leterate peoples.
Additional efforts from goverment and non- Goverment company sources are very welcome in this area , for instance , handicrafts specially helps to women.
Women can be trained in the making and employed in making also handicrafys.
Its also help in increasing tourism department. It is good scheme for all.
It is very essential for Bihar because , in bihar found that "The akshar Aanchal yojna was popular in bihar with illiterate women in poor communities.
