Hey frnd
Here is ur answer
___________I think the present time matters a lot . All things
matters is the main present time and moment

We all remember aur past time and waste the time by remebering what we all done in past . If we had taken the ss exam and if it is good or bad that doesnot matter then we are continuously thinking about this . How many marks we will score . What we have written . Only thinking that instead of concentrating on our next exam and definetely we cant give our best . So try to focus on ur present moment
Not to concentrate on past or future
Bcoz past means that has happened we cant change it so donot think about it . Try to make your future better by concentrating on present moment

If you ask me, most of us have no idea how to be fully engaged in the present moment. Living in the busy world we are living, constantly having to do something. Running from one place to another and thinking about the billions of things we need to do, we miss out on the present moment completely. We miss out on the innocence of our children and on the love of our friends and family. We miss out on the beauty that surrounds us and we miss out on life. Because life is here and now. Life isn’t in the past or future. Life is in the present moment. To quote John Lennon, life is what happens while we’re busy making other plans.

In this beautiful 10 minutes TED Talk, Mindfulness expert Andy Puddicombe talks about the value and importance of the present moment, and how, by taking 10 minutes out of your day to be mindful and experience the present moment fully, your whole life will forever change.
