Indian constitution is considered the worlds second largest written constitution. It took 2years11months18days to write the constitution. Before commencing the constitution there are 395 articles. At present 448 articles are there. Dr. B.R. Ambedhkar is the chief architect of Indian constitution. Dr. Rajendra Prasad is the president at that time. JawaharlalNehru was the Prime minister.

The constitution has amended the few times which the basic structure was not changed even in the case of Keshavanda bharati vs union of india where it is the first case where the supreme court has made 1000 pages judgement where 13 bench judges has made a single judgement where the basic structure of the constitution will notbe changed.
