India is the land of festival. In india lives different religions people.All people have different festival like in hindu religion they are celebrate raksha bandhan, dusherra ,diwali,janamastmi,sivratri,ramnavmi etc.Sikhs celebrate gurupurab , diwali etc.Muslim celebrate eid and bakra eid .
Indenpendence day, repbulic day and gandhi jyanti are the national festival of india. Independence day is also know as 15 august because on 15 august ,1947 india got freedom from british rule . Republic day celebrated on 26 January every year because in 26 January 1950.the constitution of india was established and Our first prime minister Pt.jawaharlal nehru hostist the flag on red fort.Gandhi jyanti is celebrated on 2 oct. every year.
