️Using more Internet or in simple words addiction towards mobile may cause many ill effects on health such as Brain tumor , Anxiety , depression etc...
Nowadays people have been addicted to many social sites like Facebook ,WhatsApp ,twitter , Skype etc...which will run by using internet which made many of the people addicted towards it.

By this , we can say internet is neither a boon nor a bane as it has helpful aspects as well as bad effects.

Internet as a bane

Internet also has bad effects on someone who does not use it in a proper manner. Being addicted towards playing games, chatting with people for very long time on internet may result in anxiety, depressions, etc.

So, we must judiciously use internet in a proper way.
