Answer:

kaziraga national park

This entire earth is not the home only

for human beings, but for all other animals, birds and trees. But, man has been greedy enough to take over their natural habitats by clearing forests and insensitive enough to poach and kill them for pleasures and money. As a result of this reckless and inhuman attitude of human beings, many animals and birds have become extinct, many are endangered and acres of forests have fallen. It is a satire and foolishness, on the part of the humans to consider this as a victory or the display of power, by doing such acts. In this way, we are inviting catastrophes by destroying biodiversity. Thus, to save or protect the animals and birds from human interference, the government has declared many forests and other areas as wildlife sanctuary, national parks and reserved forests. By declaring such, the areas have been declared protected, and stringent actions and penalties accompany any hunting, killing, or hurting animals in such areas.

In the current scenario, there are as many as 104 national parks in India. The Kaziranga National Park is one of the most popular national Park in India. It was declared as a National Park in the year of 1974. Before the year 1974, the Kaziranga National Park was Judy a reserved forest. This is an important and safe home to many plants and animals in the North-Eastern part of India. The Park is located in the State of Assam. It is important to note that the National Park is situated in parts of the two districts of Assam, are the Golaghat and Nagaon districts. The Park stretches on an area of about one hundred and seventy square miles. It is one of the oldest parks in Assam.

The one-horned rhino is a special attraction of the Kaziranga National Park. It is home to more than 2413 rhinos in the dense forests of Kaziranga where they are protected from inhuman killing by human beings.

The Kaziranga National Park provides an amazing habitat for many other animals, birds and plants. The area is rich in biodiversity. The one-horned rhinos and many other animals, including tigers, elephants, hog deers, Wild water buffaloes etc. are present in this sage natural home. In 2006, the National Park was also declared as a Tiger Reserve of India. This has been done to save the tigers from hunting by human beings. Many birds from all over the world migrate to this beautiful natural habitat every year. This adds to the richness of biodiversity and beauty to the ecosystem of the place. Birdlife International, which is an organization known all around the world, has identified it as an “Important Bird Area”. Many tourists worldwide visit this national park every year to have fun and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. This adds to the national economy of India.
