Introduction
Nowadays , modern gadgets are mostly being use not only in our social life but also in our personal and economical life.
Advantages
Gadgets help human beings in many ways , some fields where they are helpful :
1.for buying stuffs -clothes ,food etc
2.communication fields - computer,mobile etc
3. Education fields
Disadvantage
1. human beings are being very lazy cause of these gadgets
2. human beings are totally depending on them.
3. we are using gadgets in an excessive way and being fully depended of them . and excessive use of anything is not good
Solution
we should stop using these gadgets in an excessive way and be self depend , go for a walk instead of ordering we should go by ourselves and buy them , instead of chatting on mobile phones we should talk person to person . and instead of playing video games , we should play outside in the nature .
from doing all these things we will be fit both mentally and physically.
