i went for morning walk at 5 o' clock when i was walking on street I saw street hawker assembling the vegetable in cart and sprinkling water on vegetable . I buy some vegetable like radish ,carrot and some more .then i walk toward garden .When i reach garden i saw many people. my friend was doing excersise and some are doing yoga. yoga is good for health .I put my vegetable on beanch and join yoga doing group.some children is also on park .

Morning walks are the best for this purpose. A morning walk refreshes our mind. The thought rate in early morning is quite less as most of the people are sleeping. The air is pure as there are quite less vehicles. This is the best time to enrich our mind with beautiful thoughts and vibes of our ownself and our soul. Our subconscious mind is also active during morning. This is the best time to go out and get ourselves refreshed. There are several benifits of a morning walk. We get to breathe fresh and natural air. There is a refreshing vibe in the air. We can maintain our fitness by this too. It is well said that a Sound mind lives in a sound body, but a morning walk gives us both a sound mind a and a sound body. What else is needed then!
We should go on a morning walk daily. We should wake early , bath and get ready with our track suit to go out for a super refreshing blast of life, and that's a morning walk.
