A morning walk along with exercise is very good for health . It is a light exercise . it's equally good for the young and the old. I take my morning walk regularly . I get up early morning at 5 am & go out for a walk . My friend Ajay also goes with me . The time is very pleasant . we enjoy the beauties of nature on the way . We both talk will walking we walk about 1 hour . After 1 Hour walk we both come back home and get ready for school.
