We live in India where there are six seasons, among them winter is my favourite season. It starts after the autumn season and finishes on the arrival of the spring season. I like this season very much because of its cold weather. The season helps us to stay healthy and fit. This season stays for about three months in our country. Nights are long and days are short in this season. There are many festivals in winter like Christmas, Eid, New year, Holi etc. At this season farmer reap their rice and grow as like cauliflower, green peas, beans etc. The winters vacation in India is mostly spent on tour/travels with family or friends.

I say this because, I love the winter because, if you get thick enough snow then you can make a snow angel, snowball fight and many more ideas with your friends and family. Also if it is really hot during the summer then sometimes you will not have snow you will have ice on the top of your roof or it will just be very cold.
