Mother bought me a colourful umbrella. She gave it to me as a Christmas present. I loved my new umbrella in rainbow colours. Everywhere I went, it came along too.
One day, I saw an old grandmother in the rain. The rain was getting heavier and she was running for shelter. I felt sorry for her, so I offered to share my umbrella with her.
The old lady thanked me gratefully and said, “What a kind and considerate girl you are!” I felt very happy to have done a good deed that day.
