70वें संविधान दिवस के अवसर पर केन्द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने कर्त्तव्य पोर्टल को लांच किया। इसकी वेबसाइट kartavya.ugc.ac.in है। इस पोर्टल पर छात्रों के लिए मासिक निबंध प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया जायेगा। इस पोर्टल को ‘नागरिक कर्तव्य पालन अभियान’ के तहत लांच किया गया है।
इस पोर्टल पर प्रति माह निबंध प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया जायेगा। इसमें प्रश्नोत्तरी, पोस्टर मेकिंग तथा बहस का आयोजन भी किया जाएगा।
नागरिक कर्तव्य पालन अभियान
2019 में भारतीय संविधान को स्वीकृत करने के 70 वर्ष पूरे हो गये हैं। केंद्र सरकार ने 26 नवम्बर, 2019 से 26 नवम्बर, 2020 के बीच ‘नागरिक कर्तव्य पालन अभियान’ चलाने का निर्णय लिया है। इसका उद्देश्य लोगों में मूलभूत कर्तव्यों के बारे में अवगत करवाना है।
In English:-Constitution Day also known as ‘Samvidhan Divas’, is celebrated in our country on 26th November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26th November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, which came into effect from 26th January 1950.
The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on 19th November 2015 notified the decision of Government of India to celebrate the 26th day of November every year as ‘Constitution Day’ to promote Constitution values among citizens.
The Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education is conducting various activities in schools for promoting the spirit of constitution values among students.
