For goals and objectives to be obtained, adequate time must be set aside to ensure each activity involved in the attainment of the goals is accomplished fully. An employee who arrives at the workplace late each day cannot be deemed to be disciplined because he will not be working towards the attainment of set objectives. This indicates the close link between success and punctuality.
