Such people can't live if they have with those conditions. Even, some people die due to this fear. How dangerous it is!

But, if we want to live a happy life and succeed in our life, we must overcome this dangerous fear. There are many ways to overcome our fear. The most common way is doing the same thing to which we fear the most! It would be an exaggeration. But, it works effectively.

Fearing causes many things. It always leads to distress and loss. I used to fear of black colour. Whenever I would see or wear a black cloth also, I would be sacred. My parents told me a lot of times not to scare to such a colour only, but in vain.

One day, in the school, my teacher told me to rub the blackboard with duster. It was really a challenging task for me! I refused to teacher again and again. But, he said that I must do it. And I moved towards the blackboard. My hands, legs were trembling. I was weted by the swait of fear. Someone shouted from the back and......

And I suddenly sat down on the floor. I shut my ears with hands. I was really very very scared. My teacher told me to stand up. He told me the importance of black colour. He said, “If there won't be black colour, then there won't be white colour. And if there won't be white colour, there won't be any colour!” I realised the importance of black colour. I stood up slowly with trembling legs. And I rubbed the blackboard with a trebling hand. My teacher cathced my hand and rubbed the blackboard.
