We spent last Sunday with some friends in Hawke’s Bay. Our house is eight kilometers distant from Hawk’s Bay. The weather was pleasant. We reached the seaside at about 9 A.M.

We carried enough food and fruit. We started with some refreshments and then decided to tell jokes. We all shared all of the jokes we knew. We were laughing so hard that we forgot about our troubles and problems.

We went for a walk around the seashore, collecting pebbles and shells. We enjoyed rowing in a boat. In the next occasion, we take a one-hour bath in water. When we were in the water, we played a variety of games.

It was now lunchtime. After lunch, we wanted to go horseback riding. One thing I liked most was the sunset. We were now quite tired. We returned home at about 9. P.M. after enjoyed the whole day.

Last Friday we decided to go for a picnic on the seaside. We bought some fruit and some eatables. We hired three taxies and reached Clifton. The beach was already overcrowded. Everyone seemed to be very happy. We selected a suitable place and unpacked our things. The scene on the seashore was very charming. A sweet breezing was blowing and we were happy. First we swam to our best. Then we had some light refreshment. Afterwards some of us enjoyed riding on the camels and horses. We also took some photographs. We walked along the seashore.

When we got tired, we lay down in the sand for some time. At about 1.30 p.m. we had our lunch. After that we took some rest. Then we began to play different games.Alishan sang songs and Zeeshan told funny stories. We enjoyed every moment of our picnic. Before we left Clifton, We visited the aquarium and also offered Fateha at the shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi. In the evening, we returned to our homes happily.
