Reading is everything you want for a healthy and better life. Reading helps you to see things from different prospective and makes you tension free and the best way to read is to read in silence because when there silence all around you, you find it easier to understand and it also helps in faster reading. Reading also makes you a confident speaker because when you read u discover new words the can be used while you are talking to someone or giving a speech. Reading always teaches u something new. If have a healthy habbit of reading everyday be it a comic, novel, newspaper, magazine etc. u will never get bored. And reading doesn't mean reading on the mobile phones because they can affect your eyes and can also cause sleep deprevation. Due to the advanced technology people now a days get more attracted to televisions and mobile phone and give very less time to reading which is very bad for their health. I think people should understand about the harm and start giving more time to reading and enjoy the pleasure of reading.

Reading makes a man perfect. By reading we get information, facts and knowledge of the affairs of the world.

The books prescribed for our formal education do not provide pleasure to us . This is an obligation on us to read those books as we have to continue with our education.

We are to go through them even though we may not like them. The books that provide us pleasure are the books of our liking and interest. There­fore we should have a vast field of good books for our knowledge.

Explanation:

Most of the people who read books as a part (pass) time, read them for pleasure only. But it is very much doubtful that all those who read get any real pleasure out of it.

These days, reading has become a fashion too. We can see people reading books in buses, trains, even bus-stops and restaurants.

The only purpose of these readers is to boast that they have also read that book. These people never get any pleasure out of reading.

Some readers are really fond of reading. This is a passion for them. This category of readers wants something to read that is really roman­tic, thrilling and full of suspense.

They generally like to read detective novels, story books etc. They want to finish the book in one sitting only.

But reading of these types of books is really wastage of time as these books never provide them any good. The pleasure of reading of these types of books is momentary.

We should develop a good taste for reading. It is not necessary that we may have a clear idea of our books in the beginning itself, but slowly we should develop a good skill in selection of book for real plea­sure.

We should not be dependent on others for the selection of books to read, otherwise we will lose our taste and we will have no taste of our own. We should have a wide range of books. A wider range will give us more pleasure of reading.
