Answer:-

Pollution is the most dangerous health hazard to our peace and work. With the development of new scientific inventions, there has been a great advancement in the means of industry, transportation, medicine and other fields.

Big cities have emerged due to the explosion of population and means have increased.

More industries have started. All these things have resulted in pollution. Our environment is being polluted through different means such as noise, air, water and food.

Certain species have been exterminated, and humanity is under a great threat of environmental pollution. There has been drastic change at the scientific and technological level. We have established factories, developed railways and exploited natural resources for our progress, advancement and prosperity.

Side by side we have started cutting down the forest for our benefits and the land has become barren. There is very less tree plantation. The tall chimneys of the factories emit out smoke and pollute the air and affect the growth of trees and other plants. This means that the means of transportation have added greatly to the spread of pollution.

Railway engines, buses, trucks and other vehicles produce so much smoke that the life in the industrial city and town has become a victim of incurable diseases.

The noise of machinery, along with factories and vehicle, have brought deafness to millions of people. Their hearing power have suffered adversely.

Even the water has become polluted, and fish and other water creatures do not find their survival in the polluted water. Being all this, inhaling the pure air is become of a thing of the past.

The primary concern is that the soil has also become polluted. We use pesticides and chemical fertilizers for the advancement of production and to get more yields.

But their use is again affecting our grains. The soil pollution is contaminating the rivers along with the rainfall.

We have a rapid increase in the population.

The poor people have a belief that every boy is an earner as well as a helper. They can’t keep their sources clean as their standard of living and earning capacity is very meagre.

All these things have created a vicious of pollution. We have come to such a brink that it has become impossible to control the pollution though the government is initiating steps to control it.
