India is an enormous country., which is a mixture of all kinds of men and women. Maybe it is small in the area from other huge and big countries but still, it is in the second position according to its population.

We know that a coin has two sides. Although having a huge population has both negative and positive sides.

Well, let us about the 'Demographic dividend', it is determined by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The deep meaning of it is - “the economic increase potential that can emerge from shifts in a population’s age composition, mainly when the share of the working-age population (15 to 64) is larger than the non-working-age share of the population (14 and younger, and 65 and older).

Might you some you think that how having a huge population can benefit us? Yes, it can benefit. Just think. Everyone has one brain and there are millions of people. So we have millions of brains. Just they need good guide to make them trained and there will be progress in many different fields.

All would have different points of view to represent their answer which a good way to get different solutions or get various methods to solve one problem. New ideas will be invented. People would be intelligent. And what do we need in this developing country? The powerful Human is smart and intelligent Human. Human is an important resource that can modify and utilize any type of resources available in this world.

Also, most of you also might be thinking that there are many negative sides to the huge population.

We can not ignore them because they are such things that do not let them ignore.

The more population the more demand for resources will be there. Might it be food, types of equipment, electronics, shelters, etc? The resource in this world is limited. From where the huge demands of people would be fulfilled?

There will be a shortage and scarcity of many things among people. There will be discrimination on the basis of resources - which is poor and rich.

Due to more population, there are also more demands for jobs, employment in different areas. Some get jobs some remain unemployed. It is not good.

The development of the country is not that money should be increased. Some people move to the country and cities in search of jobs to earn something for him and his family's survival. If they don't get the poverty increases. And they can not send their children to school and they can't study. And literacy gradually decreases. If the literacy rate will be increased the development of the country will also increase.

The country will only develop when people's thoughts will be changed. They will accept each other.

Some people think having a huge population is good and some think its a huge burden for the country. And some don't care about it as they are busy with their own works.

The thing which is already done can't de reverse just it can be taken care of next time. Now the mindset of the people should be changed. And there should be equal distribution of resources among poor and rich.
