Having sight is the most wonderful gift given by God to humans and animals. Through our eyes, we are able to perceive the beauty of nature and its vibrant colors which makes our souls happy. However, there are many who are deprived of such a gift and are visually impaired. Therefore, to be the receiver of such gift one has to be preventive about sight by keeping the healthy diet and not letting eyes strain through the digital world. Teenagers and elders should not harm their eyes by working or playing over computers and mobiles or a longer time. They should maintain distance and work.
