Cultural values comprise of culture's values, what is right and wrong or what is socially acceptable or not. For example, in some cultures, there are conservative values where it is not allowed for girls to get educated. India is an example of that. It is the way of a life how a community lives and survives in their everyday lives.
There are even cultural values in the products we use, Indian dress consists of a certain silhouette and something which is worn is west will be jeans or skirt, cultural values differ from country to country. In Muslim countries, you will see women wearing hijab, but if you go to any western country nothing like that will be witnessed.
Whereas religious values are the principles and the faith a certain community follow, for instance, there are different religions in the world; Hindu, Muslim, Christianity, Judaism, Sikhism, Buddhism and so many others. Every religion follows different practices and beliefs in different Gods. For instance, Hindus are supposed to worship Murti and are supposed to go to Temples, whereas Muslims are supposed to worship Allah and go to the mosque for praying.
