Robust military discipline refers to compliance with all orders, laws and commands given by the superior authority.  Conflicts between majority and minority groups is effectively resolved by army men unlike modern day society.  Research reveals that irrational behaviour and negative attitudes adversely effect the success of an army unit.  Isolation and loneliness causes new army recruits to behave in an indisciplined way due to chronic stress.
