Providing employment opportunities to the unemployed and underemployed youths of the nation is also very important. Lack of employment opportunities can lead to social unrest. Thirdly, it is vital to empower the youth to take charge of their life. It is important to promote their rights and involve them in community decision-making. It is important to channelize the energy and intelligence of youths in the right direction and provide them employment opportunities as per their potential or they may move to a wrong track in life.
