For example, if we are chewing gum on the road and cannot find a dustbin to throw it away, we must make sure not to throw it on the streets and carry it back home.
After practicing cleanliness, we will notice some vivid changes in us, too, like we will be healthier and fit, and we will not run out of energy will doing strenuous jobs. In addition to these physical benefits, we will also achieve peace of mind, and our concentration level will also increase.
