1. Water is one of the principal elements which supports life on Earth and is essential for the survival of the lifeforms.
2. Electricity and water are available in limited quantities, and as of water, only 3.5 percent of it is usable.
3. As the world’s population is increasing, there is an increasing demand for water and electricity.
4. Water is a significant element, but people hardly take care of it. The pollution level of water bodies is increasing day by day.
5. When not in need, we should turn off the lights, fans, and other electrical appliances to save as much electricity as possible.
6. We should aim at reducing water wastage by closing the taps when not in use.
7. Rainwater harvesting should be practised severely to utilize rainwater.
8. Steps must be taken for conservation of water bodies to decrease the pollution index of them.
9. New initiatives must be taken towards the development of electricity from available sources like sunlight, water, and wind energy.
10. We need to understand that we are quite privileged to have 24 hours of running water and electricity in our homes, but some places do not have this facility.
