Some people are of the view that strength means physical strength or the physical capacity of a person to do something. But this isn't the case, strength isn't related to physical capacity instead it is related to the unyielding will of a person.

This is understandable by taking various examples of people around us. We see that a handicapped person or person with some disabilities are able to do the daily chores of his life just like a normal person. Even such people are capable of doing things which normal people aren't even able to do like swimming without limbs, does anyone have the strength to do it? Yes, a handicapped person who lost his limbs in an accident.

A girl can fly fighter jets, which a normal person cannot. If a bodybuilder, who has enormous physical strength, is asked to fly a fighter jet, will he be able to? No, and that is because physical capability is not the only strength the will power of a person helps him achieve everything in life, he desires.

Answer:

Strength does not come from physical capacity it comes from unyielding will

It is absolutely true strength does not come from physical strength; it comes from unyielding will. In the core of will is stored unimaginable strength which if tapped into is sufficient to overcome any obstacle or challenge.

Have you seen a lion or tiger pouncing on animals many times bigger than it? It manages to overpower them with the force of his unyielding will. Another example of unyielding will is an ‘ant’; an aunt that is so small can overpower insects or rodents many times bigger than it.

We see this principle working in human beings also. In the story ‘The Blue Bead’ by Norah Burke we see a small girl, Sibia overpowering a crocodile to save a gypsy woman from its cruel jaws.

Another example showing the power of strong will is Helen Keller. She had lost her hearing and seeing power due to some fatal brain disease in her early childhood; she faced the darkness of failure on almost every step of her life! Did she give up? No! She diligently sowed the seeds of her hopped and aspirations in the dark soil of failures! She always believed she could achieve success. What a miracle women she turned out to be! She is one of the most successful women the world has ever known! Not only she learnt to speak; she earned a degree for herself from Radcliffe College. She got all this strength from her will. She became a famous figure of inspiration and perseverance. She bettered and inspired many lives!

So it is proved now that strength does not come from physical strength; it comes from unyielding will.
