God has very strange and mysterious ways of working. He has a Divine Plan for all his children on the earth. His plan is to make us all good human beings.
To achieve his aim, God puts his children through various tests at each stage of their life. It is often said that “God does everything for the best” or “Whatever happens, happens for the best”. Although at first this may not seem so, with time we realize that even our failures are only a preparation for greater success in the future.
We often fail at our tests in life which naturally leads to frustration and disappointment. Yet God hides the future from us. He knows that often the passage of some more time, our days of hardship will disappear, yet he does not let us know this. The reason for this is that God wants us to become stronger in spirit.
He puts us through difficult times so that the suffering we undergo makes us more patient, sensitive, enduring and self-reliant. Suffering also makes us more compassionate towards our fellow beings. When we see our neighbour in trouble we can understand h is plight only when we too have undergone a similar fate.
God hides the future from us so that we may be able to cherish the good things that are going to come.
We learn to value our blessings more when they come to us in small doses. It is a known aspect of human nature that we value those things most which we have to struggle for. If we knew our future we would step working heard for anything in our lives. We would sit back-resigned to our fate and infect we would become quite useless indeed.
By hiding our future from us God plays with us. He enjoys seeing us improve ourselves as human beings. He wants each of his children to be independent and God fearing. He loves us a lot and wants us to love him too. Thus he remains the controller of our destinies and always treats us with great love and compassion.
THE FUTURE AFTER COVID
Let us understand how society will behave. In general, the reaction of society would be traumatic. Due to depression caused by loss of dear one/close relative and side effects of medicine given to SARS Cov-2 survivors; mental health shall be at stake as sleeping sickness which may lead to Parkinson which was witnessed after the Pandemic of Spanish influenza 1918-19. Other important factors would be malnutrition which may further worsen the situation. After the pandemic is over, people will still be fearful and avoid going to social gathering like family functions, religious functions. Even small get-togethers shall be avoided for some time. Use of public transport shall also be affected drastically whether it is air, road or rail. People most likely to travel by their own vehicle at least for 6 months after the pandemic is over. Manufacturing industries may fall short of labour, may have to give higher wages to retain labour. Export, Import, International Treaties, Immigration shall also be worst affected.
