Answer:

Our world grows every second of every day and, to thrive in this constantly changing 21st century world, one cannot simply just be described as merely intelligent. As stated by Albert Einstein, “the measure of intelligence is the ability to change”. In respects to this, the C-FB Gifted and Talented Program has helped me prepare to be a highly intelligent individual with the potential to promote change and the capability to be changed as well. This adaptability has been developed in many ways; however, by being identified as a gifted student has allowed me to participate in higher level classes, which have encouraged me to be independent in my studies, to collaborate with others to apply the knowledge gained from those studies, and to make connections between subject areas to create meaning and importance for my own personal understanding of the world. Higher level classes, such as the Pre-Diploma Classes and International Baccalaureate classes, have been an amazing experience in that there is an expectation of autonomy. With the rigor of the classes and the amount of material the teachers must cover, I have gradually learned how to take control of my learning

" The measure of intelligence is the ability to change "

Life is a match and in today's world, we all want to win the game with our own strategies, one step ahead our competitors. Defeating others as well as our inner adversities which make a wall in our path, is very important.

Albert Einstein was one of the greatest minds, the world could have. In his life, he also faced ignorance but he kept to strive for the betterment of his abilities and for that he brought changes to his tactics, firmly stood on adaptable changes which gave him new approaches while doing scientific discoveries.

Take an example, how a man can swim through a flowing river to the other bank? If you try swimming against the current straight to other side, you will lose lots of calories in fruitless efforts. But if you swim in an angular path, you will be able to reach the other side easily and with less efforts - swim with the flow. This is the change, one needs when one is struck by hurdles. You know what, intelligent persons are always capable to adapt this changes for the bright future else intelligence wouldn't matter anyhow.

While solving a mathematical problem, if you keep trying with the same process after several failures to get a result, possibly you will never be able to solve it. Find other ways, new methods, which will give an appropriate result.

Intelligence with the ability to change the mindset always unlock new opportunities for a better future.
