We must recognize our rights for our personal well being and independence in the country as well as services for the associations and people. The constitution of India came into authority in 1950 on 26 January which has granted democratic rights to the Indian citizen. According to the Indian constitution, the citizens of India have several rights and responsibilities.
There are six fundamental rights granted to the Indian citizens without which no one can survive in democratic practice. Means, the government in the country can operate only if its residents have rights. Such rights preclude the government from being tyrannical and destructive. Fundamental rights support people in their moral, physical and personality growth. In the case of rights infringements, The courts of India helps in protecting and safeguard them. There is some significant reliability on the citizens of the nation for maintaining the harmony and prosperity of the country.
