students have not fear to speak in public but they have hesitation.They think that what other people think about him/her. So they are afraid to speak there.In school time teachers encourage students to take part in various curricular activities which motivates them. This hesitation is like the exam fear or fobia of anything. I see many students which have stage fear so they can't speak properly in front of more than people .so students are encouraged and motivated to speak public places, schools and achieve their goals.
