"Health is wealth" ,this is a very famous saying and also true. A healthy person is the happiest person because he or she has the strength and ability to tackle all the problems of life.


Yoga is an ancient practice which was originated in India. It plays a vital role in our day to day life. one must practice yoga and exercise everyday to keep oneself healthy and fit physically, mentally and socially and intellectually. Yoga keeps unite our mind ,soul and body.


It helps in reducing our stress , anxiety. It also helps us to cope with all kinds of stress.It acts like a medicine for various diseases and illness.

Yoga can be practiced by anyone for different purposes. It is very necessary for children,children and also for the elderly people. It only needs proper and easy movement of body parts with slow exchange of gases i.e,carbon dioxide and oxygen.
In order to make people aware of yoga and exercise we celebrate international yoga day on 21st of June.

One should also exercise on daily basis. Exercise can be light or heavy. An ideal exercise facilitates proper movement of the body parts. some of the exercises are skipping,jumping, running, cycling, swimming, Weight lifting etc. Exercise improves our metabolism and functioning of vital organs.
