The internet is one of the fastest growing technologies ever seen.Internet is widely used and plays a large role in everyday's life.Nowadays it has a much greater effect on people,youth specially are affected greatly by the internet as they spend lot of time in internet.The internet has become the necessity of life and has become our best friend There are three most important uses of internet ,the most general use is internet surfing .By surfing they can access any site and get knowledge about what they want to know instead of spending time in library.They can shop ,watch videos,through the internet.Sometimes it can harm people's mind causing them some diseases.Therefore it is  sometimes harmful for youth,it takes many hours away from study and youth feel tired,forgetful,depressed,or aggressive because of excessive internet use.Parents should specifically guide their children regarding how to judiciously use internet and should set a time for the usage of internet.In these way internet can be good as well as harmful for youth.
