I lived across road from FRI for last two years and have never taken tour.  

I decided today to clear out scary 'miscellaneous' drawer and so I found myself camera in hand walking towards campus with Rs2/ fee in my hand.  

Once past gate the road to main building is beautiful shadowed with trees and bordered by utterly charming bungalows.
