Answer:

On my 9 days trip to this historical state, I visited various charming destinations of Rajasthan such as Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Shreenathji, Ajmer, Ranthambore and Pushkar. I am feeling glad to share the details of my visits to those cities here with you.

Whenever I feel lonely or disgusted with my daily busy routine, I extract myself out from the barriers of my home and proceed on a short trip to rejuvenate my senses with fresh energy.

So the journey starts with Jodhpur and ends in Ranthambore.

And yes Pushkar for my friend Vimal’s wedding.

Jodhpur

Jodhpur

Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. The city is known as the "Blue City" because most of its houses in the old city are painted in Blue.

We visited - Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur

After our visit to Umaid Bhavan we started to Jaisalmer by Tempo Traveler

Stay in Jodhpur - The Umed Jodhpur (Good stay with good ambiance)

Distance - From Jodhpur Station to Hotel is 11min(4.2km)(You can rent an OLA from station to hotel)

Jaisalmer is basically called as the Golden City . This is also a part of the famous Silk Route

We visited - Jaisalmer Fort and Tanot Mata( Jaisalmer Border)

Jaipur - In Old Jaipur, your 1st stop is the Amber Fort . Exploration time is a minimum 3 to 4 hours, although you may choose to stay longer as the fort is really massive.

Amber Fort - Constructed using breathtaking red sandstone and marble, this structure was built 200 years before Jaipur was established. Today, you can hop on the back of an elephant decorated in bright colours and patterns. Rajput kings considered elephants their premier symbols of power. This is the most popular sight in Rajasthan… Must visit place its just beautiful.

You actually need 2 days for Jaipur… Unfortunately we had planned only for 1night….
