• War has always proved to be disastrous for human beings and has brought immense pain and destruction for the whole humankind.
• The world first saw the horrific effects of war in the First World War which continued for four years from 1914 to 1918.
• But, the Second World War has been deemed as the deadliest war in the history of human beings because the death and destruction that this war caused had surpassed all the earlier wars.
• Millions of soldiers and civilians were killed in this war, it has left half the population of Europe homeless and starving.
• The Nazi party in Germany had done inhumane things to the Jews and gypsies, and the amount of psychological horror and hollowness that this war caused is still felt after decades.
• The results of war are always death and destruction and never victory that's why War can never be treated as a boon but always as a curse.
