First to make india clean we must take of our own house then the colony and so on and make sure that our frnds follow this becoz they are the persons who listen to us blindly. u can follow swacch barath. While we are travelling somewhere like tour plz don't throw the waste outside coz the people in that area get affected so keeping the waste in our bags and after going home we can throw. but I appreciate for this quetion many of our friends relatives are not following swacch barath . so try to make sure that they follow for better india
