Mean,cruel or bulling behaviour comes under bad behaviour.many of them have a mean type of behaviour. Mean behaviour seems.to be a kind of selfish behaviour.nowadays people mostly thinks of their own selfishness. And when we talk about creel behaviour people with creel behaviour just show their ego. Cruellest will never sought a problem.and when we talk about bulling it mostly happens in schools and colleges many of them make jokes of some of the handicapped people and innocent people. It's just same as ragging.
