In our workplaces we try to play the ‘power’ game in order to survive. I was told by a wise senior colleague in my first job, “It is important to be strong and powerful than others, if you want to progress in your career and be successful”
Wisdom is only keen on the abilities of the ‘Mind‘. When the Spirit plays a role then there is an opportunity for ‘Love’ to come into the picture. Because our Spirit came from God.
And this type of Godly wisdom is better than strength. Because Love gives your strength.
And Love changes everything.
With the Mind, you seek wisdom for yourself. But with the Spirit, you seek wisdom that could help others.
With the Mind, you seek wisdom to build your own life. But with the Spirit, you seek wisdom that can build something good for God’s Kingdom of Love.
With the Mind, you seek wisdom to please your ego. But with the Spirit, you seek wisdom that helps you live a sacrificial and giving life.
Seek for Godly wisdom and it will strengthen you in your workplace.
