The world has seen many women, who have proved to be great leaders, such as Golda Meir, Indira Gandhi, Margaret Thatcher etc. However in the 21st century, women have proved to be a different kind of leader. Even though we live in a society that has been dominated by men, women have proved that they are better performers!
Research indicates that women, are able to maintain a work - life balance, aim at more sustainable companies. Women are especially in the forefront in service related industries, but behind in emotional self control, when compared to men. Women are loyalists and can therefore help in building a better community. They are able to communicate better, more patient and have stronger ethics, all of which are very necessary for today's world.
