Tenali Rama Krishna was one of the famous poets in Telugu. He was one of the eight poets in the court of Vijayanagram. Krishnadevaraya was the king. One day king declared that there will be competition for the clever cats. The next day all were ready with their cats. So king ordered to bring milk in a plate.
So each and every cat ran down to the milk but Raman’s cat ran opposite side to the milk and he was declared as winner because he behaved differently from others.
The king asked Raman that what was the reason behind his cat running in opposite direction. Raman said one day he poured hot milk to plate and kept for cooling but cat came and licked, so it burnt his tongue. From that day it will run opposite when milk is poured into the plate.
