My favourite food in class picnic
My favourite food is Momo. Momo is make by some ingredients like: Flour, Chicken, Garlic,Green chilli, Onion and salt. Momo is prepared with steam.
At first, we have to cut chicken to small pieces then we have to cut Onion, Garlic . Then we have to mix cutted garlic, onion and chicken in a boul. Then we have it for 1 hour . After 1 hour my mother makes some small luchi and she give some amount of that mixture in the luchi and my mother had give it a shape and then my mother give the shaped momo in flat plate which has many gap in the whole plate under the plate their was a big boul in which my mother has given some water and salt ,then we have to the momo in the steam for 45 minutes . Now the momo is ready for eat . This is very delicious food so I like it very much.
