Corruption is one of the major problem in Indian Economy. To study, to get job, to get work done, to get justice, to get freedom, etc. means for thousand number of reasons, bribe is given. This weakens the Indian economy. No matter you are right or no matter you deserve the place, bribe is required to achieve desired results.
But who is the culprit here? In this process of corruption, who is to be held liable? The person demanding it or the person giving it. I believe the person giving it. Yes, the main solution to the problem of corruption is not to get involved in it i.e. say no to corruption.
Other remedies can be as under:
1. In each and every department, camera surveillance should be made compulsory.
2. Time limit should be made for the pending work and the officer or person involved for doing the work should be personally held liable for work not done. In short, Accountability should be established.
3. Transparency should be at each level which increases the possibility of real situation of any matter.
4. Law should be made strict towards the one who is found corrupt.
There are many more ways to stop corruption. Hence, it must be eradicated so that our economy can become a developed economy from developing one.
