During this pandemic situation, all over the world . We should be very careful regarding this virus and also take precautions. We should also wear mask, maintain social distancing and most importantly we should sanitize our hands in every intervals.
We should thank our Covid warriors like doctors,nurses, police etc. There are many general people also who helped to the poor and needy people.
Armies are also one of them. The air force, navy force and as well as the armed forces had helped a lot. Along with efforts by the health professionals the armed forces too pitched in this battle against an invisible yet deadly enemy. (Covid-19)
They have helped us in different ways like-
- In some places the armed forces helped in giving all kinds of necessities to all the houses.
- They also sanitize the roads and houses everyday.
- They also helped in taking the death body of corona pateints to cremation ground.
- They also watched on the people who are going on the road and investigated for the reason of roaming in the road.
Armed forces are being deployed to fight the second wave of pandemic. Besides bringing critical medical oxygen and other life saving equipments, Indian military has built multiple makeshift filled hospitals.
With record number of new Covid-19 pateints, the country is facing shortage of medical facilities like hospital, medical oxygen and medical staffs.
It is indeed a war-like situation expect this time enemy is not China or Pakistan but rather an invisible virus.
In the past, the military has been on the forefront in relief and rescue operation during natural calamities like flood, cyclone and earthquake. Military experts claim that the fight against Covid-19 should be treated as a war-like situation.
The Army has mobilised its resources to set up new facilities to treat patients suffering from corona virus, while the Indian Air Force has developed its transport aircraft Navy's ship to provide logistic support to facilitate the supply of oxygen and ferrying medical equipments from foreign countries.
Nearly 750 beds in various Military Hospitals have been set aside for civilian use while the AFMS also dedicated 19 hospitals, over 4,000 beds and 585 ICU units across the country. Base hospital in Delhi has been converted into a COVID hospital with capacity being increased from around 400 to 1,000 beds.
Not only the Armed Forces or the doctors or the police but all the people are helping each other in this noble pandemic situation.
