You can take the topic on “What you have learnt from big personalities” There are many.   We can learn from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam to dream and to achieve that dream.

A person has to dream in such a way that the dream should not allow him to sleep.  He would work towards achieving it. He rose from a lower middle class person to the President of India because of this Dream.

All the successful Actors: Perseverance, Determination and hardwork to succeed. You can take Mr. Amitab Bachchan as an example.  He was rejected for his voice when he gave his first audition.

Our Prime Minister Modiji:  He rose from an ordinary person, who used to sell tea for his livelihood, gave up everything for the sake of serving nation.  His vision to make India one of the developed nation makes him to take all the insults heaped on him

                                                 Smoking

There is famous saying about smoking which says, “Smokers don’t grow old…they die young…” The paradox about smoking is beyond the ken of wise-men. It is written on every cigarette packet in bold that CIGARETTE SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH, still people not only buy them, but also smoke them! Smoking cigarettes is very hazardous to the health of smokers and the health of the people around them. Many people die because of inhaling cigarette smoke every year. Some of the harmful ingredients in cigarette smoke are nicotine, carbon monoxide, and tar. Nicotine is addictive. It is also one of the most dangerous chemicals in cigarette tobacco.

Tar contains at least 30 cancer causing irritants. It is a mixture of several substances that condense into a sticky substance in the lungs. Some respiratory related diseases that have been linked with smoking are lung cancer, cancer of the larynx, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema. The hazards of these diseases increase with the quantity of cigarettes smoked and the length of time the habit continues.

Cigarette smoking has disastrous consequences: It damages just about every organ of the body and leads to the general deterioration of the smoker's health. Let’s join hands to make the world as much smoking free as possible.
