Relationship between the fertility of soil and density of population:

• The fertility of the soil and density of the population both have a good relation because If the soil is fertile then the density of the population also increases.

• If the soil is fertile it is more suitable for cultivation hence the population starts to settle that region more for cultivation.

• Most of the people live near the coastal regions because the soil is fertile and suitable for agriculture.

• Plain regions have densely populated than the plateau regions.
