speed =  \frac{distance}{time}

In this,

Distance = 'λ'

Time = 'T'

Speed = 'v'

v =  \frac{λ}{t}  \\  \\⟹ v = λ \times  \frac{1}{t}  \\  \\⟹ but \:  \:  \:  \: v =  \frac{1}{t}  \\  \\ ⟹v = λv
